Phoenix Fitness & PT offers Pilates Reformer or Mat sessions in our Albert Park studio on a one-to-one basis so that you can take your practice to the next level. You will be closely supervised as you work through an individual practice plan designed to specifically meet your individual needs and goals.
With a focus is on lengthening the body, strengthening the core and aligning the spine Pilates is beneficial for overall health and wellbeing, increased fitness and energy levels, and rehabilitation. Pilates also provides positive systemic effects on body systems, stimulating and eliminating toxins and waste, improving the digestive system and increasing metabolic rates, as well as boosting immune systems. Involving controlled, precise movements this low impact practice is suitable for all ages & fitness levels, whether you are new or returning to exercise, or an elite athlete.
Our Albert Park studio operates on an ‘appointment only’ system. We offer over 75 Pilates appointments each week, including early morning, lunchtime and evening sessions ensuring there is plenty of choice to suit your lifestyle and needs.
